I participated in an art show this past weekend at the Abnet Farm. It was a great experience and I look forward to the next one. Thank you to all who came out.
The kids are gone and now I have time. In 1975 we cut down a southern Minnesota River bottom black walnut tree and hauled it to a sawmill. I had it sawn to 5/4” thickness, parafined the ends, and stored it for natural drying. I’ve now taken the wood and planed it and have started building furniture with it.
